Villa Chara is a fully equipped 2 unitproperty built a few meters from the shore. It issuitable for couples, friends and families who prefer spending their vacation in a beautiful quiethome as if it was their own vacation house, instead of renting rooms in hotels and use them just for their night’s sleep. It’s not the building itself that adds the most value to the property, although we are constantly renovating it and improving whatever we can year after year.

Its value and the excitement it creates in all our guests is that staying at Villa Chara is an experience. The interactions with the owners, Georgios and Fotini,the views from the rooms, the balconies and the veranda-terrace, the location and the serenity it offers is unmatched, and that’s why most of our guests always come back and most of our new guests are referred from past guests. We have guests who choose Villa Chara for their vacation every year for the past 10+ years and book their next year’s stay before their current stay ends to avoid the anxiety of trying to find something similar if Villa Chara is already booked for their dates. Or perhaps they know that they found the place that meets or exceeds their needs and they prefer not to spend their time looking for something else.

Whatever their reasons are, the vast majority of our guests have had only the best words to say about their stay, and that’s the main driving force for us to keep doing this every year. Because when our guests are happy, we are happy.
